For the next two weeks only Federation Square will be hosting Bokchoy Tang‘s spin-off Baby Bokchoy, serving what we hear is Melbourne finest handmade dumplings for the meager price of $6 for three large dumplings!
Bokchoy Tang is known for its Northern Chinese flavour, serving up lunch, dinner and the ever delightful yum cha – providing diners with market-fresh seafood, steamed cuisine and gourmet dumplings. Executive chef George Qing keeps standards high at Bokchoy Tang with handmade noodles and organic meats, so you can expect the same amount of love and passion in each one of these dumplings available at Baby Bokchoy.
Can’t make it during the day? It’s okay, Baby Bokchoy will be open until 8pm every Thursday to Sunday to fulfill your snacking needs.
