Shopper’s unite because this Saturday is the Sister’s Market hosted in the Brunswick Townhall! Expect to find cool, quirky and a little bit sophisticated hipster home decore, clothes, handmade jewelry and tucker! Here’s a little snapshot of some of the local designers you can expect to find at the market:

The Wolf and I – designer Samantha Avery offering a combination of textured fabrics to create timeless garments

Kumo  – Jen Deery designs and make all items by hand in her home studio in Brunswick East. Her range of dresses, tops and skirts combine functionality with unique and vibrant prints.

The Wild Nothing – located in the Yarra Ranges, Victoria, this group are brining their scented soy wax candles, unique blends of teas and tisanes and delicious homemade preserves made from fresh in-season ingredients. What a mix!

Pop Pottery – selling completely handmade unique ceramics that are quirky, colourful and a little bit fun! Each item is unique, having its own imperfections and personality, to reveal and celebrate that it is handmade.

If all that isn’t enough, Dario and Angelo from Stick on Grill will be cooking up an Italian storm, and the Avenue Des Italians coffee van will be out the front of the town hall satisfying all your caffeine and sweet tooth needs! If you can’t make it to this months Sister’s Market, don’t worry, because it is run every second Saturday of every second month.
