The always punctual Broadsheet has revealed to the brunch lovers of Melbourne of the latest cafe to open its doors in spring – Mammoth. Located in the leafy suburb of Armadale, Mammoth is the collaboration of a few big names including Pillar of Salt, Touchwood, Barry and their head chef had a long stint at Hammer & Tong. Armadale is set for some strong brunch competition. One option would be to race over to Mammoth and battle in getting a seat to be one of the first to experience the latest offers. Alternatively, you could revisit were the magic of this duo had first exploded onto the brunch scene – Touchwood. Either way, brunch on a weekend will also be #winning.
